I had the opportunity to work with Lana in her role as Lead Product Designer at Verivest and was consistently impressed the speed and quality of her work, as well as her unrelenting commitment to great UX. She is a wonderful product designer and an absolute force multiplier for any team. Lana led design for 2 and sometimes 3 project teams simultaneously, a herculean task that would normally require a whole design team. Despite this workload, she greatly improved the UX and overall application design and still found time to implement the company's first design system. Lana is extremely proactive and made our overall design process more cohesive and efficient. I highly recommend Lana to any future employer.

Lana is a great design technologist and team player. She has the rare ability to create both compelling UI and to structure design into scalable front end code. I highly recommend her and would hire her in a heartbeat whenever and wherever I be able to possible. We recruited Lana at Plastiq to have her lead our efforts in building a design system and bridging the collaboration of Design and Engineering. She was also instrumental creating the flexible design framework for our API product. Her work was always thorough and high quality. As a team player, Lana took the initiative to help out in our branding evolution, marketing design, and wherever teammates needed a hand.

Lana is absolutely brilliant, she is an exceptional designer and has a kind and curious personality. Her work on our end to end payment widget helped us attract more customers to the Connect product. Every time I spoke with anyone in the org about her they always said how impressed they were with her interpersonal, design and development skills. This makes her a quick learner and a pleasure to work with. During her time with the company she produced exceptional work, helped us start working closer with Engineers and helped push forward our Design System initiative. She was always so motivated and eager to work on projects. She can produce production level code, mockups and can even work on product strategy. She will be greatly missed and her future employer will be lucky to have her on their team.
